How to Measure
- Stand upright and relax your stomach — don't suck in.
- Wrap a soft measuring tape around your natural waistline (the narrowest point of your torso, typically just above the belly button).
- Keep the tape snug but not tight — you should be able to slide one finger underneath.
- Read the measurement in inches and match it to the chart above.
Fit Tips
- Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, or sizing down if you prefer a tighter, more supportive feel.
- Stretch fabrics: Most Cover Male styles use stretch materials that conform to your body. If you're between sizes, the smaller size will still fit but feel more snug.
- First wash: Wash in cold water and air dry to maintain the best fit and fabric quality.
